Into the world of autism with the Modena-based documentary film Ugualmente Diversi

At the Cinema Nuovo in Castelfranco Emilia, Tuesday, April 8th at 9:00 PM, in celebration of Autism Awareness Month, there will be a screening of the film "Ugualmente Diversi" by Federika Ponnetti, with the director in attendance.

A documentary film shot in Modena. The film centers on the story of Lorenzo, Andrea, and Gabriele, three waiters who work in a restaurant run by autistic children. A fruitful exchange develops between these three young people and the final-year students at the Sacro Cuore Scientific High School in Modena, enriching both sides and questioning viewers about the meaning of diversity.

The screening will conclude with a discussion with the author, moderated by Giovanni Sabattini (artistic director of the Ribalta Experimental Film Festival).
