We believe in the transformative power of cinema to bring people together, even in the workplace. From shared screenings with employees and their families, followed by open conversations with the director, to bringing film experiences directly into the company, these projects show how art can foster dialogue, connection and team spirit. In one initiative, a mobile film-making corner was set up after the screening of Unici e Basta, inviting employees to reflect on the value of diversity and to contribute their own unique perspectives. These experiences demonstrate how storytelling can become a powerful resource for corporate culture, celebrating individuality while nurturing a shared sense of purpose.
Companies can choose between two formats. In the Mobile Filmmaking Workshop, employees are invited to tell their own story, strengths, vulnerabilities, and everything in between, through short personal films. The contributions are then edited together into a single collective piece, a portrait of the company as a mosaic of unique and irreplaceable voices. Alternatively, following a shared screening and open discussion, a Storytelling Corner can be set up to collect spontaneous contributions: a word, a sentence, a fragment, each one a piece of the soul of the organisation.
